Ross Video Pegs Daniel Diniz To Lead Sales Efforts in Brazil

Ross Video has tapped Daniel Diniz to lead its burgeoning sales efforts in Brazil. Diniz takes on the position of Regional Sales Manager Brazil, effective Aug. 1. Diniz will be responsible for developing new business in Brazil and maintaining existing customer accounts. He will report to Juan Carlos Ortolan, regional sales manager for Latin America, and Kelly Lackey will be his sales coordinator. He will be located nearby São Paulo in Brazil.

Diniz arrives at Ross Video following his work at Miranda Technologies, where he was Solution Architect for Latin America. In this position, he was in charge of building infrastructure, playout, and graphic solutions for customers throughout Latin America. Diniz also holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mackenzie University.

Brazil has quickly become one of the fastest growing sports production markets on the globe after being selected to host the 2014 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games. The nation also hosted the Pan American Games in 2007.
