Former CFO at Oprah Network, Brent Willman, Joins Pac-12 Enterprises

With more than 25 years of experience in finance including 15 in the cable television industry, Brent Willman has been named Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Pac-12 Enterprises. Willman will oversee all financial matters for the newly formed entity, which will feature seven new television networks and a conference-wide digital network.

“We are thrilled to have Brent Willman join our senior leadership team,” Pac-12 Enterprises President Gary Stevenson said. “Brent has a rare blend of experiences in finance, in start-ups, and in television, which make him an excellent fit to help us build Pac-12 Enterprises.”

Willman comes to Pac-12 Enterprises after serving the last three years as Senior Vice President andChief Financial Officer for The Oprah Winfrey Network and Discovery Communications. Prior to joining OWN,
Willman was Senior Vice President and CFO for the Game Show Network from 2001-07 and Vice President and Controller for E! Entertainment Television and E! Online.com from 1996-2000. In between those two, he served as CFO for IFILM.com, a start-up Internet video site.

“The Pac-12 is such a great brand and it’s really exciting to have an opportunity to start something from the ground up,” Willman said. “The opportunity to join Gary Stevenson’s team and to do something this
unique is very special.”

Willman will relocate from Los Angeles to the Bay area and will begin on Nov. 21.
