Philippines' Decision on DTV Standard Seen by Mid-2012

bworldonline.com reports that the Philippines’ National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) may arrive at a final decision on which digital television standard to use in the second half of this year, as it has yet to finish a migration plan needed before choosing a standard.
