XOS Digital Launches Official AT&T Cotton Bowl Apps

XOS Digital announced the debut of the official AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic mobile and tablet applications as well as the official OnDemand store located at www.attcottonbowlondemand.com. The new digital platforms provide fans with original and exclusive Cotton Bowl content dating back to 1937. The announcement was made today by Chris McCleary, CEO, XOS Digital.

“XOS Digital’s high-quality video brings The Cotton Bowl Classic’s rich history to life as fans can relive their favorite sports moments from over the decades,” McCleary said. “The Cotton Bowl Athletic Association is a unique organization with video of some of the greatest teams and match-ups of all time, including some that have not been viewed for more than 70 years.”

XOS Digital partnered with the AT&T Cotton Bowl to unveil the first of several key offerings as part of the first bowl-specific digital network. Through the partnership, XOS digitized the entire Cotton Bowl archive of full games and highlight videos dating back to 1937. XOS then archived the digital content in the XOS Vault, its digital asset management system.

Much of the content is fed to the official on demand store and the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic mobile and tablet applications, powered by XOS Digital.

Key features of the apps include:

·         Exclusive game highlights and recaps

·         BCS, AP, and USA Today polls

·         Cotton Bowl news, notifications and alerts

·         Live audio streams and The Red Zone podcasts

·         Gameday features including stadium locations, parking, maps, weather forecast and updates

The content is available on both mobile and tablet application for both iOS and Andriod platforms. They can be found by searching “AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic” in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

Commercial-free, full-length games are also available to fans through the AT&T Cotton Bowl OnDemand store as a digital download, DVD and on Blu-ray. Fans can now buy classic Cotton Bowl games on demand, and watch them on the official AT&T Cotton Bowl app.

XOS Digital now serves as the exclusive licensor for all AT&T Cotton Bowl multimedia. The XOS licensing team currently represents more than 120 schools. In addition, XOS built and manages official AT&T Cotton Bowl platforms hosted by third parties including the Cotton Bowl YouTube Channel.

“Partnering with XOS Digital has enabled us to seamlessly link multiple platforms to create a comprehensive network to accommodate the needs of our association and its fans,” said Michael Konradi, vice president of external affairs, Cotton Bowl Athletic Association. “We are giving our fans all the exclusive content they need right at their fingertips.”
