Notre Dame Athletic Director Jack Swarbrick to Keynote SVG College Sports Summit

Jack Swarbrick, vice president and director of athletics at the University of Notre Dame, will serve as the keynote speaker for the SVG College Sports Summit (May 29-30, Atlanta, GA, Hyatt Regency).
Swarbrick has risen to national prominence as a lawyer, consultant and executive in the collegiate and Olympic sports industries. Among his many accomplishments in his five years at the helm, Swarbrick led the charge and oversaw the development and launch of Fighting Irish Digital Media—a major initiative that will deliver better information about and access to Notre Dame and its athletic programs via expanded production and distribution of programming.
At the SVG College Summit, Swarbrick will address the implementation of a robust digital media campus facility and the complexities of relationships with national broadcast partners.

SVG/NACDA College Sports Media Awards
A call for entries for the 2013 College Sports Media Awards is underway as the Sports Video Group and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) continue to recognize the best in college sports video content.
The 2013 SVG College Sports Media Awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 29 at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta in conjunction with the 2013 SVG College Sports Summit.

Atlanta Post|Production Conference
Future Media Concepts (FMC) and SVG have announced the Atlanta Post|Production Conference – training for Sports TV & Post professionals. This independent “tips and techniques” event is being co-located with SVG’s College Sports Summit at the Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta, May 29-20, 2013
Technical sessions will be taught by FMC’s world-renowned team of Certified Instructors as well as power users and sports TV professionals who will share cutting-edge tips and techniques that attendees can apply to future projects. The sessions are technical workshops and are geared for intermediate and advanced professionals who wish to maximize their creativity and efficiency on their tools.
