FOX, MLBAM, Turner Team Up to Stream MLB Postseason

This year marks the first season in which Major League Baseball’s media partners have had the right to stream linear feeds of Postseason games and, as the Divisional Series opens, they are taking full advantage. FOX Sports, MLB Advanced Media, and Turner Sports are combining their efforts – and platforms – to make this MLB Postseason the most-streamed ever.

FOX Sports GO
The FOX Sports GO app will live stream all MLB postseason games airing on FOX and FOX Sports 1, including the National League Division Series, National League Championship Series and the World Series.

Subscribers of participating video providers (including Comcast, Time Warner Cable, AT&T U-verse, Cox, Cablevision, and Bright House) will be able to live stream the games through FOX Sports GO. All postseason games in FOX Sports GO are also available in Spanish exclusively through FOX Deportes.

In addition, FOX Sports GO will have over 60 hours of pre, between-game and post-game coverage, including expanded 90-minute editions of America’s Pregame and special editions of FS1’s Fox Sports Live between games and following most games.

FOX Sports GO carried MLB telecasts for the first time this season, live streaming nearly 100 games including regular season, the All-Star Game, and, now, all its Postseason action.

Turner and MLBAM’s Postseason.TV
Meanwhile, Turner Sports has once again teamed with MLB Advanced Media to bring fans up to 10 live alternative camera angles via Postseason.TV.  The Postseason.TV digital companion product is available for every game televised by TBS.  Postseason.TV is accessible via broadband and mobile through MLB.com’s At Bat 14 app for smartphones and tablets.  Subscribers can watch one camera angle or view up to four different cameras simultaneously through a mosaic display.

The linear telecast of games airing on TBS can also be streamed at TBS.com or with the Watch TBS mobile app.

MLB.TV Postseason Package
Also for the first time ever, the MLB.TV Postseason Package will stream every World Series game live and select Postseason games to authenticated MLB.TV subscribers in the U.S. and Canada with no blackouts (international subscribers also have access to all Postseason games without blackouts).

For $9.99 (or with an existing MLB.TV subscription), users will have access to live streams of all World Series games, all ALDS and ALCS games, Games 2 and 3 of the NLDS, and Games 1 and 6 of the NLCS. MLB.TV Postseason Package subs will also receive a Postseason.TV subscription ($4.99 value) for all games airing on TBS, as well as the first month of MLB.TV for free in 2015 ($24.99 value).
