Production Facility Video Jones Connects To The Switch-­New Orleans

Video Jones, a production facility in Metairie, Louisiana, recently installed a 1.485 Gbps HD-SDI connection to The Switch – New Orleans. Video Jones’ 24/7 facility is located just minutes from downtown New Orleans, the French Quarter, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Zephyr Field, and Louis Armstrong International Airport.

Video Jones is a full service production facility offering standard and high definition single camera live shots and play outs.  Their live shot set includes an 80” 4K monitor to accommodate custom hi-resolution backgrounds with still or moving images.  It also includes a complete camera, audio and lighting set-up as well as a make-up room and dressing room. Video Jones also has a 30 x 40 foot dry studio with a 22 x 40 foot seamless green screen and three Avid non-linear editing suites.
