NRB’s Proclaim 16: Comrex To Demo CrossLock for ACCESS, LiveShot
Story Highlights
Comrex Corporation will be displaying its products at booth number 546 at the National Religious Broadcasters’ Proclaim 16 exposition in the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN, from February 23 to February 26. The products to be demonstrated include CrossLock for ACCESS 2USB, STAC VIP, and LiveShot, as well as BRIC‐Link II and ACCESS 2USB.
On the floor at Proclaim 16, Comrex will be demonstrating CrossLock for ACCESS 2USB and BRIC‐Link II. Anew feature included with ACCESS firmware 4.0p3, CrossLock provides bonding capability, which gives users the power to use multiple networks at once. In addition to network bonding, CrossLock enables users to configure multiple networks for redundancy mode. Additionally, forward error correction (FEC) and other ACCESS reliability tools are included with the firmware. Firmware 4.0p3 is only available for ACCESS at the moment, but will soon be made available for BRIC‐Link II.
Comrex will also be demonstrating LiveShot. LiveShot delivers high‐quality, low‐latency video and audio over a range of IP networks. Capable of providing two‐way media simultaneously even over challenging connections, LiveShot provides return video, two IFB returns, and director/camera PL. At only three pounds, LiveShot is versatile enough for a range of applications.
In addition to ACCESS and LiveShot, Comrex will be showing STAC VIP, a VoIP based talk management system, and BRIC‐Link II, an IP audio codec designed for point‐to‐point links.
Proclaim 16, the NRB International Christian Media Convention, is a four‐day event designed to connect, equip, and edify thousands of Christian communicators. In addition to networking events and panels with internationally known Christian speakers, the exposition features approximately 200 companies.
