UCLA is known worldwide for the breadth and quality of its academic, research, health care, cultural, continuing education and athletics programs.
Faculty members are available for interviews about a wide range of topics, including national and international politics, climate change, the entertainment industry, LGBT issues, immigration, gun violence and gun control, and the latest advances in medicine and health care. UCLA professors have recently been interviewed by such prominent media outlets as NBC, MSNBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, PBS and ESPN.
Journalists may search the UCLA Media Guide to Faculty Experts to identify professors with experience in specific topics or contact a UCLA media relations officer for assistance.
