NAB 2018: Evertz To Showcases Innovative RF Solutions

Evertz will launch the XRF4 high-density RF router at NAB 2018. The XRF4 is the next evolution of Evertz’ comprehensive range of RF routing solutions. The XRF4 is an ultra-compact, high-density RF routing solution which complements Evertz’ existing range of RF Routers.

The XRF4 is a modular router with hot-swappable rear panels and a 64×128 routing matrix in a compact 4RU form factor. In addition, the XRF4 features direct fiber-optic inputs and does not require external RF to fiber-optic signal converters, lowering overall system complexity and costs.   

The XRF4 also features a 10-inch touchscreen that enables rapid onsite control and health monitoring of the XRF4 without the need for an external control interface. The touchscreen also includes a spectrum analyzer for signal monitoring,eliminating the need for costly external test equipment.
