NAB 2018: VCC Announces Call Manager Pro Release

The Video Call Center is introducing Call Manager Pro (CMP), its new video call acquisition software for live television production. CMP automatically handles all the technical complexity to optimize the appearance of video calls, ensuring they look their best when brought to air.

The CMP frees producers to keep their focus on the quality of content, while still enabling them to access callers using a choice of video calling applications on their smartphone, laptop or tablet.  

Working with Caller Queue, Call Manager Pro lets producers prioritize and route callers to the appropriate call computer anywhere in the world. Like a switchboard for video calls, CMP makes it possible to easily share video callers between production locations.
