Adobe Unveils Centralized Editing Tool Named Project Rush

Adobe announced the release of a brand-new product in the video family, Project Rush. Project Rush is an all-in-one, cross-device video editing app that makes creating and sharing online content easier than ever.

Here are some of the things Project Rush does to help editors create great online videos quickly:

Editing On-the-go
Project Rush is available on mobile and desktop. The cloud automatically syncs an individual’s work and enables a project to be started on a phone or tablet and seamlessly move to a laptop for further editing. Rush has all the same features on mobile and desktop — allowing work to be done at any location without losing creative flexibility.

“All-in-one” Workspace
Quickly edit, add filters, optimize audio, and select from a wide variety of highly customizable titles in one, simple place (Motion Graphics templates at Adobe). Then add a thumbnail, schedule a post, and publish to multiple social platforms with one click — all without ever leaving Rush.

Makes Videos Look and Sound great
Adobe has a long history of creating products for professional video editors, and the company has taken everything they’ve learned and reimagined it in Rush. This includes color correction that’s powered by Premiere Pro, such as filters and more advanced color editing, so an editor can easily get the exact look they’re after. Rush also leverages Audition to auto-detect the audio in videos, so ducking can be done with one click and offers easy ways to improve sound quality and reduce background noise.

Gives Tons of Flexibility With Titles
Adobe Stock is integrated right into Rush, with access to a constant stream of new, free Motion Graphics templates. All of the Motion Graphics templates in Rush were designed and animated especially for creators by Premiere Pro and After Effects artists.

Keeps the Focus on Social
Every social platform is important, and they all have unique considerations. Publishing the same video to multiple platforms often means making a unique version for each one, and that takes a lot of time. As Adobe continues to build Rush, the focus is on making it easier to create versions of videos that are optimized for the different social platforms.
