CONNECT Hires Patrick Woolcocks, Steeve Ratna to Strengthen International Expansion

CONNECT has made two new hires who are consolidating its worldwide presence.

Patrick Woolcocks, Sales Manager Europe, who joined the company mid-July, brings to the company his 25+ years of experience in sales & business development for broadcast companies such as Sematron UK, GrayMeta, Marquis Broadcast, and IPC. An industry expert based in London, he is a member of the IBC Exhibition Committee and the Royal Television Society (RTS).

Woolcock’s appointment enriches the Company’s sales team, strengthening customer relationships as well as expanding its global coverage across a very strategic region for the company.

“I am delighted to join CONNECT at this juncture to grow business across Europe utilizing my extensive contacts across the territory,” says Woolcocks.

Steeve Ratna, Project & Support Engineer, joined the company in June 2019. His expertise as a business analyst and project manager is acquired across his highly diverse experience working for companies such as Canon, Carrefour (a French consumer goods giant), Banque Populaire, and the Paris Police. Fresh back from 1 year in Thailand, he will be located at CONNECT’s new office in San Francisco. where the company enjoys a growing customer base. Ratna’s mission is to manage the technical deployment of the KYBIO Media software across the United States and to offer local customer support in the Bay Area.

“It’s a huge opportunity to work and develop the company from and for the US,” he says. “I am eager to increase brand awareness and introduce media companies here in the US to our company’s powerful Monitoring & Control platform.”

With these new arrivals, the company continues to consolidate its international presence and efforts to meet the local needs of its customers worldwide.
