Program Productions, XLT Management Services, and ProCrewz Announce Executive Management Promotions

Program Productions,  Inc. (PPI) and XLT Management Services, Inc. announced today that current Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Carzoli, will step aside as the CEO of both companies to assume the same role with ProCrewz, the companies’ technology platform and mobile application.  He will remain as Chairperson of both entities.

Succeeding Carzoli will be current President and Chief Operating Officer, Scott West, who will now serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of both PPI and XLT. Jessica Kowatch, the current SVP of Operations is being elevated to Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer and Amy Scheller, current SVP of Strategy and Development is now EVP of Strategy and Development and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. These changes are effective immediately.

In Carzoli’s new role at ProCrewz, he will oversee the transition of the current enterprise resource management technology systems into a universal Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that will be available inside and outside of the broadcast industry.
