Summer Streaming: Maxon July 3D and Motion Design Show Lineup Announced

Maxon has announced the lineup for the July 3D and Motion Design Show, the latest in its free series of artist-focused streaming content for 3D and motion graphics artists. Taking place on Wednesday, July 20, viewers can expect to see presentations from leading industry experts who have collaborated with a number of high profile sports, film and technology companies, to help viewers take full advantage of the entire Maxon suite of creative tools, including Cinema 4D, Redshift, Red Giant, and ZBrush.

Presentations will be streamed live and are available on-demand shortly after on as well as the Maxon YouTube channel. Viewers are encouraged to participate in the artist-led conversations by sending in questions via chat for live Q&A.

Presenters include:

Luis Miranda is a 3D motion designer whose work has led to exciting collaborations with The Mill, The Atlanta Hawks, Notre Dame Football, Denver Broncos, and renowned artist, Beeple. Luis is also an Ambassador for Kitbash3D and a teaching assistant for School of Motion.

Tatiana Shchekina is a Los Angeles-based motion designer, animator, 3D artist and storyteller. In her 10 years in the industry, she has worked on a range of exciting motion design projects for companies such as Slack, Amazon, Microsoft, AT&T, Aetna, VMG Studios and more.

Kris Theorin is the creative director and lead animator for Something’s Awry Productions, a studio that produces animated short films, commercials, branded content, broadcast and web series. He has worked with notable companies such as LEGO, Warner Bros., Mattel, Zing Toys, Disney, NBC Universal, JazzWares, SMG Studios and more.

Sarah Gibson is a freelance designer with over nine years of experience, specializing in both 2D and 3D animation as well as character animation. She recently worked with the Perception team to help create the credits for Marvel’s MoonKnight and Pixar’s Lightyear films.

Maxon Webinars

In addition to the 3D and Motion Design Show, Maxon hosts a number of online webinars – such as the wildly popular VFX and Chill, Demystifying Post-Production, and Ask The Trainer – every week for users who want more frequent access to industry-leading tips and tricks for getting the most out of their creative tools.
