Jay Pearce, Filmwerks, operations manager, passed away on Sept. 15 and is survived by his wife Jennifer and two sons, TJ and Jack. Pearce was 49 and was with Filmwerks for 20 years, beginning as a field technician in 1999.<\/p>\n

\u201cJay Pearce has been with Filmwerks, LLC and the sports broadcasting industry for over 20 years,\u201d say Mike Satrazemis, Filmwerks, president and CEO. \u201cHe has held many vital roles within the company, such as being the lead generator technician on ESPN\u2019s College Gameday Tour for several years and eventually entering into logistics and operations. Jay\u2019s latest success was a promotion as Operations Manager of the power\/generators department. Anyone who knew him had great respect for his extensive knowledge and kind attitude. Jay will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.\u201d<\/p>\n
