The KH 120 loudspeaker from Neumann, part of the Sennheiser Group, will make its broadcast debut at the NAB Show in April. The compact near-field studio monitor, which is designed for use as a near-field loudspeaker or as a rear loudspeaker in larger multichannel systems, delivers high accuracy and versatility within a broad range of monitoring environments. It features a Mathematically Modeled Dispersion (MMD) waveguide, flexible acoustical controls, analog Class AB amplifiers, and mounting hardware.<\/p>\n

Sennheiser will introduce a paintable version of its miniature MKE 1. The highly concealable MKE 1-M clip-on mic can be colored with markers or spray paint. It measures a minuscule 3.3 mm across, features an omnidirectional pattern, and is protected against moisture by a thin, acoustically open stainless-steel membrane. The MKE 1-M comes with a small frequency-response cap, which gives a treble boost of 2.5 dB (at 10 kHz) for applications where the mic is hidden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
