MSG Networks To Televise 18 Major League Lacrosse Games

MSG Networks has reached an agreement with Major League Lacrosse to telecast 18 high definition regular season games on MSG+ starting tomorrow, April 26. The 2014 schedule will include eight New York Lizards matchups. A full schedule is listed below.

“We are proud to partner with Major League Lacrosse to bring New York area fans professional lacrosse games this season,” said Daniel Ronayne, general manager and executive vice president, MSG Networks. “The sport’s popularity continues to grow, especially on the Lizards’ home turf of Long Island, and we look forward to an exciting lineup of games.”

“We are thrilled to have MSG+ carry our games again this year,” said Major League Lacrosse Commissioner David Gross. “Together with our other regional broadcast partners it will ensure that every game of the 2014 season is available to our fans.”

MLL’s play-by-play duties will once again be handled by a variety of commentators, including Joe Beninati, Eamon McAnaney, Tom Werme, Dave LaMont, John Meterparel, Steve Warzala, Mike Evans, and Todd Bell.

Analysts Evan Washburn, Quint Kessenich, Ron Zwerin, Paul Carcaterra, Kevin Finneran, Buggs Combs, Brendan McDaniels, Kevin Boland, Alex Sturges, and JJ Morrissey will provide color commentary throughout the season.
