HDNet has named Bill Osborn SVP of Marketing for HDNet

Osborn will lead the creative strategy and overall execution of the
network’s marketing and advertising efforts. Osborn will also oversee
development of on-air promotion for both channels.

Marketing,” said Mark Cuban, Chairman and Co-founder of HDNet. “His
experience in launching new networks and building a strong brand image
will be invaluable to HDNet as we grow in both subscriber numbers and
name recognition.”

Bill Osborn joins HDNet after a 17-year career in marketing with FOX
Cable Networks where he was a member of the launch team for FOX Sports
Net and created the FOX Cable Networks’ Affiliate Marketing department.
Most recently, Osborn launched Fox’s SPEED channel where he managed
all branding, marketing, on-air promotion & planning, in addition to all
licensing and merchandising for the 68M subscriber network.

Osborn is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He resides in
Dallas, Texas with his wife and son.
