Sixth Annual Gearbase Survey Now Available

More HD units than ever before are on the road producing HD sports action for a flat-screen audience of sports fans. The Sports Video Group’s annual Gearbase Survey provides an ongoing database analysis of trends in mobile-production-truck technology, defining the dynamic sports-production scene as seen from behind the wheel (and inside the trailer) of a record-size fleet of broadcast vehicles.

The sixth annual Gearbase Survey is a representative snapshot of the state of mobile-production technology and the industry. The report is a representation of the larger truck companies that were responsible for the majority of the major live-broadcast events during 2011. All data was collected as part of the 2012 Mobile Sports Production Yearbook publication.
