Seen on Screen: Baseball Hall of Fame Class Announced on MLB Network; Fox Sports 1 Debuts Weekly Big East Show

The results of the 2015 National Baseball Hall of Fame ballot were announced exclusively on MLB Network and simulcast on MLB.com this afternoon as part of a four-hour announcement show beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET.Featuring National Baseball Hall of Fame President Jeff Idelson and the first interviews with electees, MLB Network’s coverage will be anchored by Greg Amsinger, Brian Kenny and Lauren Shehadi with commentary from Bob Costas, Ron Darling, Kevin Millar, Harold Reynolds, Christopher Russo, and Hall of Fame voters Jon Heyman, Peter Gammons, Ken Rosenthal, Joel Sherman and Tom Verducci. Live coverage and analysis of the Hall of Fame announcement will continue throughout the day including on Intentional Talk, MLB Now, and MLB Tonight starting at 3 p.m. ET. On Wednesday, MLB Network and MLB.com will air the National Baseball Hall of Fame press conference with the electees live from New York at 11:00 a.m. ET, followed by in-studio interviews with the electees at MLB Network later that day.

The show will feature Florio’s critically-acclaimed NFL insight, all-encompassing coverage of the league with the most current news and analysis, and thought-provoking debate. NBCSN begins its Curling Night In America presentations on Friday, Jan. 23, the first of its six Friday episodes that will air through March. In addition, NBC Sports Live Extra – NBC Sports Group’s live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, and tablets – will provide streaming coverage of all Curling Night In America telecasts airing on NBCSN.
Universal Sports Network will premiere Curling Night In America coverage beginning Thursday, Jan. 22, and continue through Friday, March 13.
