CABSAT 2017: Ventuz Technology To Show Off On-Air, In-Studio Graphics

At this year’s Cabsat, Ventuz Technology pays special tribute to the ongoing trend of downsizing control rooms across the broadcast market. Together with Dubai-based company 7 Dwarfs FZCO, Ventuz will display novelties in the production of on-air and in-studio graphics content and show possibilities to work more efficiently with less hardware.
Ventuz Technology will demo the newest developments in their 3D real-time graphics software suite at Cabsat 2017. Many third-party-integrations that have been introduced during the last year have gained Ventuz a strong foothold in the broadcast market. Among them are possibilities to work more easily with other content creation tools such as Photoshop and Cinema 4D, but also newsroom software integrations and interfaces with camera tracking technology, such as NCam and Stype.

A special focus will be on interactive installations demonstrated via a multi-touch application that will highlight the possibilities for high-end in-studio usages. On-Air graphic features can be seen in personal software demos. Additionally, the recent innovations in VR and AR content production prove the software suite’s versatility, making it a one-stop solution for all broadcast graphic needs.

Together with partner 7 Dwarfs, Ventuz will also take a closer look at the hardware side of broadcasting. By using a new approach to machine configurations, it is now possible reduce the hardware requirements significantly, saving not only costs, but also minimizing setup complexity. Another advantage is that via this approach Ventuz can also be run on operating systems apart from Windows, which is usually not possible due to the nature of the software.

Ventuz Technology and 7 Dwarfs can be visited at Cabsat in Hall 3, booth D4-42. Cabsat will take place on April 21-23, 2017 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
