House of Highlights Comes to Twitter With New Weekly Show
House of Highlights has established a mass following of young sports fans — having recently surpassed more than 10 million followers on Instagram — and unprecedented levels of engagement with its leading sports and culturally relevant content. Now the brand is expanding its reach even further with the development of a new Twitter show that launched on Thursday, Oct. 25.
The House of Highlights Show, presented by McDonald’s, will be distributed on the platform via @HoHighlights monthly on Thursday evenings, capturing the most defining moments from the sports world, both on and off the field. With live sports as the backdrop, the show will combine conversation, video stunts, scripted comedy, and real-time highlights to deliver the ultimate Twitter sports takeover.
“Think sports talk show meets late-night entertainment in the way that late-night shows cut to different segments,” says Doug Bernstein, House of Highlights General Manager. “This show is an important growth opportunity for the House of Highlights brand as we evolve and engage with our community in an even more direct manner.”
The House of Highlights Show will present free-flowing conversation co-hosted by Omar Raja (@Rajathat_) and CJ Toledano (@CJToledano) as they reflect on the best highlights and moments from the live sports content over the course of the evening. Every episode will have a spontaneous feel and feature a variety of special segments and guests, starting with Nick Young (@NickSwagyPYoung) in the first episode.
The show will run through May. There will be eight episodes, each 75-90 minutes in length, distributed live on Thursday nights. Fans can engage with the show on Twitter using #AskHOH.

The development of this program on Twitter was first announced at Twitter’s Digital Content NewFronts presentation this past April.
