Encompass Digital Media Names Peter Ostapiuk as SVP of Sales for North America

Encompass Digital Media has appointed Peter Ostapiuk as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America. Ostapiuk brings over 25 years of experience in the global media, pay TV, OTT, and telecom markets. In this role, he will lead North America’s sales efforts and strategy.

“Peter joins our executive team during a pivotal time while we expand services on Encompass’ newly launched cloud platform, Altitude Media Cloud,” states Brian Morris, Encompass’ General Manager, North America. “We are pleased to add such a highly respected industry veteran to help drive Encompass’ sales initiatives.”

Ostapiuk’s nearly three decades of media industry experience ranges from sales and business development to product management and product development in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Encompass, he held senior level positions at EchoStar, Scientific-Atlanta, Cisco, and Intelsat. Most recently, Ostapiuk worked at Tata Communications, guiding media clients through their digital and cloud workflow migration by offering a broad portfolio of connectivity and cloud-based video processing services.
