Mike Muriano Joins Amazon’s Prime Video as Executive Producer of Live Sports

Mike Muriano has joined Amazon as Executive Producer, Live Sports at Prime Video. In this role he will be responsible for building and managing a US-based sports content team that will lead the execution of all NFL related programming for Prime Video’s exclusive Thursday Night Football launch in 2022. Muriano and his team will develop the on-air look, feel, and tone of Prime Video’s US-based sports programming. He will also be responsible for building a diverse and dynamic roster of talent both on-air and behind the camera

Before joining Amazon, Muriano spent nearly 20 years at the NFL Network, where he started as a segment producer and rose through the ranks to most recently serve as Vice President & Executive Producer, Studio & Remote Content. In this role, he managed the production of live studio and remote programming for NFL Media, including high profile properties such as NFL Total Access, NFL GameDay, Thursday Night Football, the NFL Draft, and more.
