11 – 11:45: Building the espnW Brand
ESPN’s brand platform for women, espnW, has grown considerably in the past year. Designed to connect female fans to the sports they love and follow, espnW is digitally focused, but the team is also creating brand experiences that extend beyond ESPN’s digital platforms to reach women where they are already consuming media. In this presentation, Laura Gentile, Vice President of espnW, and Katie Richman, Director of Social Media Strategy for espnW, will discuss the evolution of espnW, the brand’s content and business priorities, and offer a snapshot of the content being presented across its platforms.
