CoachComm promotes Ritta, Hansana

CoachComm has promoted Jennifer Ritta to Customer Service Supervisor and Lemon Hansana to Technical Support Supervisor. Ritta, a Customer Service Representative with CoachComm since January 2005, has been a first line of communication with customers.

Hansana, a CoachComm employee since 2003, began his career in production but in February 2006 became a Technical Support Representative. While maintaining their primary customer service responsibilities, both Ritta and Hansana will additionally oversee the day-to-day policies and procedures for their respective departments.

The CoachComm Customer Service department is lead by Adam Frank, Service Manager. “Jennifer Ritta and Lemon Hansana are valuable assets to CoachComm’s Customer Support team. I’m confident they will continue their hard work and leadership in these new roles and assist me with leading our support staff in a positive direction,” states Frank.
