Canada’s Top Junior A hockey teams battle for national bragging rights as they face off in the gold medal game of the RBC Royal Bank Cup this Sunday (May 13), live on TSN at 7:30 p.m. ET.

TSN’s Rod Black will call the action from Prince George, B.C., with former National Junior Team head

Cassie Campbell rounds out the broadcast team as rinkside reporter and host.

The RBC Royal Bank Cup features the top 5 Junior A hockey teams from
10 leagues across the country. The 5 teams taking part in this year’s
event are the host Prince George Spruce Kings of the BCHL, Pembroke Lumber
Kings (CJHL, Team East), Aurora Tigers (OPJHL, Team Central), Camrose Kodiaks
(AJHL, Team Pacific) and Selkirk Steelers (MJHL, Team West).

A number of NHLers took part in the RBC Royal Bank Cup during their Junior A careers,
including Nashville’s Paul Kariya, Carolina’s Rod Brind’Amour and New Jersey’s Scott Gomez.

This year’s event marks just the third time since this National Junior A
Championship was introduced in 1971 that the event is being held in B.C.
